The land on which the apartment complex is built has a high sentimental value for the LeBonheur family. Our father bought this fertile ground many decades ago and practiced agriculture and farming which were his passions. It was essential and a moral obligation for us to turn this land into something significant and long-lasting to mark his legacy. We entered into a joint project with Sree Nivas Buildtech (SNBT) upon past acquaintance with Mr. Venugopal (Managing Director) and family recommendations.

SNBT erected an apartment complex that far exceeded our expectations! It is a great satisfaction for us to see these impressive, modern, and esthetic buildings erected on our land, and which retain our father’s memory. Critical to this project was SNBT’s MD Mr. Venugopal. We had a wonderful partnership with him. He is a man of high integrity & professionalism, and very passionate about his business.Housing development/construction was a new field for the LeBonheur family; Mr. Venugopal was very humble and patient with us throughout the process and often put landowners’ interests above his own.

We were also very impressed by SNBT staff’s professionalism and team work. The staff was highly skilled & knowledgeable, very efficient in what they do, and customer oriented... a great team to work with. We will remember many moments of laughter we had together...

In a nutshell, we are happy with the quality of the flats we bought in the LeBonheur Nagar. The floor plans and flat design are practical and adapted to today's lifestyle. The flats have modern amenities and features, and we also like the energy efficiency of the buildings with the “green” mindset.

The purchasing administrative process was kept simple, and easy to do remotely. SNBT team was flexible with our personal requests, and paid attention to the details. The staff was readily available and reachable whenever we needed them. The flat timelines were kept close to target.

Right from planning to execution to handing over, the company under the able Leadership and guidance of Mr. R. VENUGOPAL, the Managing Director, maintained a professional approach throughout and my flat was handed over in time as committed by them.

The quality of construction is excellent and I am fully satisfied with the end product. After Sales- service through a unique concept of Integrated Customer Service (ICS) is a novel idea. The ICS does an excellent job in maintenance of flats and common areas and the staffs handling the ICS are courteous and professional in their approach.

Projects promoted by Sreenivas Buildtech (I) Pvt Ltd., appreciate in value within a short span of time and I personally feel that I have made the right decision by investing hard earned money in purchasing the flat.
