R. Venugopal, the Managing Director, after his graduation, started his career in Government of Puducherry holding various positions in Departments like Civil Supplies, Sales Tax & Revenue. He ventured into Real Estates and Marketing  two decades ago on his resignation from government services, established his company namely Sree Nivas & Co., a proprietary concern in the market. He was declared as ‘Best Dealer in India’ by G&P Company twice. In the industry of Property development, he started his first project Sree Nivas Towers at Oulgaret, Pondicherry at a total estimated cost of 20 Crores. He has come a long way challenging many hurdles to make Sree Nivas Buildtech, a No: 1 leading construction company in Puducherry.

V.Kanmani, the Joint Director of the company supports Venugopal at home and in his career. She is the woman behind this successful man always.

V.Prasanna, the Executive Director of the company, is a B.Tech engineering graduate from Puducherry University. With a rich and excellent academic background, she looks after the day-to-day administration of this company and is in-charge of administration and marketing.

V.J.Kumaravel, the Director – Technical, is a Civil engineer with 21 years of experience in the construction of industrial, commercial and residential buildings. He was the Chief engineer of a Limited Company in Chennai for 7 years and executed various projects with more than 50 engineers and 800 workers. He is currently heading the technical team of planning, execution and quality control of the company, with 30 engineers and 500 workers under his fold.
